It looks early '80's to me, probably 80-83. I sold quite a few of them from Bicycle Parts Pacific (IIRC) when I ran a shop in the LA area. I can't help you in your search, though. Sorry...
By the way, don't forget to sign off correctly (full name, city, state, country) or the listmaster gets cross...
