I saw a steel (shaft+steel) pressed-on-race style Campagnolo Con Sfere da 3 /16" spindle on ebay this morning; see 280188816975. Seller is claiming sa id spindle application is for year 1959 cranks and or 151 bcd cranks; I did not think the Con Sfere's were that old. But hey, I could be wrong? I ju st flipped through every page of all of the Campagnolo catalogs, and unless I am blind, did not see the spindle that is for sale on ebay. I did see a similar one; it was a Super Record titanium model with the pressed on stee l races.

I am looking for information as to the year of manufacture for the steel/st eel Con Sfere spindle. I did wade through the archives but did not find an ything short of a guy who said he pulled one out of a 1962 Frejus.
