Loctite Blue to the rescue! I never had a customer loose either the plastic or metal adjuster nuts that were helped with Loctite blue.

The plastic one almost can never get tight enough and the metal one are not put on tight. I remember we were pulled from a race if you were missing yours. I always had them tight.
