Was this a Teledyne Titan contemporary? Where was it made? It does seem a little crude, no? Inquiring minds , etc.

Most of what I know about these bikes is from Bike World magazine of that time, but if I recall correctly, this marque slightly preceded Teledyne but generally contemporaneous, along with Speedwell Titanium, and were among the 3 parallel early adapters to use this material.
