Schwalbe Marathons--yes, I know, they're blackwalls--are available in 27 x 1 1/4".

Hi Rich, I echo Peter's response. It would be great to have a high quality 27" option. I always ride 27 x 1 1/4 so would most like a similar size, though anything in the 28-32mm range would be fine. And I would buy a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 depending on cost and my financial situation at the time.
