No relation. Grey road bike with chrome lugs on steering tube. The graphic style of the down tube sticker makes me wonder if this is newer than a 1950's bike. Several Ganna's mentioned in archives, but still not that much actual information about them. Seller's description for archive and Ebay number below.
Don Wilson Los Olivos, CA USA
"Luigi Ganna won the first Giro d'Italia in1909, he was born in Induno Olona, near Varese in Lombardy, Italy. Some time later, he started a business making cycles in Varese, the name of the town on the headbadge. This frame needs little to complete it, campagnolo SF wheels, a chainset, saddle and post, and a bar and stem. it has a Campagnolo front and rear gear complete with down tube levers, Universal centrepull brakes, headset and seatclip. Frame number stamped on the bottom headtube lug is 8382B. Seat tube is 58cm C to top, toptube is 57cm C to C."
