I am not really sure from reading this what Brandt's opinion of Deltas is. He throws around a lot of terms, but really doesn't seem to state a clear conclusion. I know a lot of people who are skepical of Brandt's claimed expertise, and I sometimes share that skepticism. But I do use his book on wheelbuilding, and have for many years.
