I see on this eBay bike, a Velora that is eBay #160195385394 with the specific photo I'm referencing linked below, that the upper hole in the Campagnolo portacatena dropout can be used to fit a cable housing stop.

Seems like a clean setup using a vacant portacatena hole, rather than a clip or braze-on on the chainstay.

Is using it for a cable housing stop fitting uncommon? Is there a downside to this,... does it make the cable housing bend too tight on its way to the derailleur?
