I'm not sure of the model, and it's probably not really a Raleigh. It may be a Marinoni, as I've heard they built for some of the US Raleigh sponsored riders. I believe M.Postle is Matthew Postle who was (and may still be racing?) an excellent time trialist from the UK. I've seen pics of other Raleigh sponsored riders from 1985-6 with bikes with a similar paint scheme.
I also have a Time trial frame from roughly the same time, also with no Serial # and the same paint job. It needed some special parts that I got from Mike Fatka on Ebay, that he said were for a TT bike used in the 84 Olympic trials. That doesn't seem quite right from other stuff I've heard from people who should know, so for now, the bike is a bit of a mystery.
