Subject: [CR]WTB: Steel fork with long steerer, Italian thread

My friend Alex forwarded me a request for a friend of his, for a replacement fork. This seems like a good place to ask. The request:

| > hello -- I have a friend looking for steel forks, the | "old-fashioned" kind: | > 1" threaded steerer tube (pref uncut; he's a tall fella), for | use with quill | > stem. any leads would be appreciated -- grazie mille -- alex.

That's all I've got. I don't think they care about crown style or tubing material, although it's for a rider so probably something with decent tubing and construction, and I'm assuming Italian thread.

If you've got a suitable fork please email me privately and I'll pass it on.
