Wow!

Based on what little I've gathered from my reading, talking to people, looking at old Mead literature I'd guess yours is late teens, based on the head badge, tooth spacing and accessories. Just about every accessory I see on that bike I've seen in the 1919 catalog I've scanned. (http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/morgan/print/mead_1919/)

I should have some 1901 and 1911 Mead literature up soon, as well as an undated advertising flyer.
