[CR]74-S-120 Equivalent axles ?

A friend's 63 Cinelli SC has a 74mm Bottom Bracket Shell. So he needs a Campy 74-S-120 BB axle or equivalent.

I've seen some old Cinelli SCs with Stronglight cranksets. What were the measurements or markings on Stonglight axles for 74mm BBs.

Any help would be much appreciated.
