Robert, Unfortunately I can be of absolutely NO assistance in your quest to identif y the manufacturer of your "Pino" stem... I am simply writing to say WOW. What a frame and what an incredibly cool se lection of components you have selected for that special bike's refurbishme nt. You have a great attention to detail. PLEASE post some pics upon comp letion! I have a sneaking suspicion that she's gonna be just PERFECT.
