I have two Vittoria CXs and two Vittoria CGs all with cotton casings and da ting from the 1980s. Does Dugast rebuild old tubulars? If not, is there another source? Does it even make sense to consider this or should I disc ard them? They are not punctured but the tread is checking from age and th e base tape is coming off.
