Bocama lugs (NOS) were until recently listed in the Ceeway catalogue:

They might still have some. They had both the Bocama Pro (with windows, like Haden Concorde) and Bocama Competition (Raleigh Gran Sport) lugs.
The OPI pressed lugs at the bottom of that page look similar to the Bocama Competition lugs. You might call or email as they may still have a few sets of real Bocama lugs left over.
