I talked with the seller and this appears to be repainted 60's Carlton Flyer, priced at $500, it looks like roughly a 21.5" frameset. Shift lever bosses and perhaps bottom bracket routing were added during the repaint. The bike has the trademark Carlton rear centerpull brake bridge, and an 'N' serial number.

The cranks are changed to Sugino Mighty Tour, and the rear mech is changed to Shimano Crane GS / Early Dura Ace. It seems likely that the bike started life with a 151 bcd campagnolo crank and steel-record rear mech.

The rest of the bike (front mech, pedals, headset, bars, seatpost, probably the hubs) is original, although the parts are riders, not show pieces. The asking price includes two wheelsets (Campagnolo and Maillard 700.)
