I'm not sure what you mean about a sleeve?? As for the construction methods - I worked with Ross Shafer, founder of Salsa Cycles.

There are things going on inside that you don't see. Ross and I decided not to divulge the secrets at this time, and I respect his desires.

They could be produced a lot easier if there was $$$$ to set up production. Anyone with a wheelbarrow of $$$ - give me a call.

I'm currently working on a new Lugged Titanium bike that will be done for the San Diego Bike Show in April 2009 that Brian Baylis is promoting.

Congratulations Bruce, that is a spectacular frame!

Is there a sleeve in the seat lug, or is that just the way you profiled the top edge of the seat lug? The more I look at it, the more I think it's not a sleeve...which would make that a pretty incredible bit of work.
