It looks like a 73 in all the details and decals except for the down tube decal with the club in the C, I think that came later. Some bikes have this transistional elements which has made precise dating. Yes, the original fork was as pictured. There was a detailed list on this of the changes that occurred in Colnago Supers through the years.
