I've got a forties looking JCH three speed with a fine (but unfamilier) Germanesque fork crown and internal top tube cable routing. The lugs, though, are rather plain.
The photo of Sheldon on his Higgins doesn't have the res to get a look at the details.
The Elgin/Higgins/Hawthorne book shows nothing like it.
Has anyone in this group seen such an animal?
