I enlarged the photo by selecting "print" and "preview" and then "zoom in" and checked it using a big Post-it stuck on the screen. Everything does look straight, so here's another possibility. The fork isn't like any Rossin fork I've ever seen. Maybe it's just that the fork has less rake than the one that actually came with the frame. Is there any way to check the drop outs? Every Rossin fork that I've seen has had Campy drop outs. Or maybe the tires are just oversize? That front tire definitely looks too close to the down tube.
