Subject: [CR]Stronglight Model 49

List, I have a very pretty right side crank arm (only) Stronglight Model 49 that appears new and unused, but the pedal threads are not perpendicular to the arm. When a pedal is on, it is obviously crooked, as if the pedal had a bent axle. There's a little sticker on the back of the arm with "BSA" written in ballpoint pen, so perhaps someone tried to convert from French threads to English, and botched the job. Question: can anything be done to salvage the arm, or is it just so much scrap
aluminum now?
Thanks,
