Wave upon wave of teams rode past us ... in team kit.
When someone flatted, all stopped to help or enjoy the view or take
pictures.

Flats on tubulars were plentiful.
Support vehicles were around to help if needed.
A few asked the Mrs. if she needed help as she jogged up some hills.

The food stop was great. They served all kinds of goodies plus water or
wine.
A few riders dumped their water and filled up their bottles with wine.
