The Top 63's spacing was variable. You adjusted the reach by sliding the two halves of the crescent yoke together or outward. So as you get more reach (downward), you also spread the brakes wider.

The pads were attached to the brake arms with ball sockets, which allowed adjusting toe-in, but which did not allow for up-and-down adjustments like the slots you find on most brakes.
