You will probably make a bit more money by selling separately. But if you feel that will cost you some bike karma, and you don't want to do that, then sell them intact. What matters, IMO, is what you want to do - not what we think you should do. If you want the extra cash, I see nothing wrong with selling separately as the components are not rare or unusual. on the flip side, if cutting apart perfectly good race wheels offends you, then sell 'em whole and feel good about doing the right thing.
