Hi Dale: Of course you're correct-Kone's work is only just that-a guide.
But, since I think it's essential to attract "new blood" to our
hobby, and, like it or not, price is always an issue in collectabl
es, if Kone's guide helps usher even a few newer collectors into the
fold he will have done a great service.
In any event if other collectables have price guides, why not vintage
bikes?
