A day late and a dollar short, I realize, but rather than the Campy tool, I'd suggest saving a few bucks and getting something like this:

http://www.biketoolsetc.com/index.cgi?id=594510960559&d=single&c=Tools&sc=Wheel-and-Rim&tc=Dishing-Tools&item_id=IC-E312

(or http://tinyurl.com/3ur3qx)

Works just as well as the Campy tool, costs less, and is more versatile by accommodating wheel sizes down to 16". The Campy tool only works down to about 26" rims.
