There is a seatpost on Italian Ebay listed as Masi, but the Fleur de Lis pantograph looks more like the Vasco Poccianti logo, to my memory. Whomever may have purchased the Poccianti from Todd C. or the one that Matteo sold some time ago, might be interested.
