They need grease.
I have what appears to be the same F & S J Komet Super hub 161 36 with no grease nipple. Perhaps it was an addition or a production variation.
I smeared everything with waterproof high temperature wheel bearing grease and packed the bearings with the same the last time I had it apart.
I can see the advantage of having a grease nipple for quick maintenance if the hub has to deal with the temperatures of lots of descending as coaster brakes can get pretty hot.
My hub is currently installed on my intentionally theft resistant 1981 Peugeot Super Sport, I'm not sure what the hub originally came from, but it was used when I got it and it is on its third wheel and second bike since it came into my hands.
