[CR]Need advice on a '38 Claud Butler - to complete?

Would anybody be kind enough to consider spending a minute or two to give m e a hand and help me finish this project?

Here are pictures of my '38 Claud model "Anglo-Continental" (the 1st three flickr photos), but I need some help.  Could you find out or tell me what brakes, derailleur/drivetr ain, wheels/tires & hubs, seatpin and saddle are appropriate for this model?  To date, I've already got:

Chater Lea 1/8" drive cotter pin crankset and bottom bracket Claud Butler headclip-type stem and Belleri chrome track bars
