Hi listers.. I'm in the process of re-creating a 'Faema white & red team bike circa 68/69' I have everything needed, including the desirable no name Campag brakes, however getting hold of a Cinelli 1a 13cm stem with the nut & bolt is proving difficult......anyway, my question to the folk who know about these things is;- DID THE FRAMES HAVE CUTOUTS OR WHERE THEY LEFT PLAIN? I believe the frames where made by 'Kessler?' but could be wrong, maybe Masi? I have several pics of Merckx etc on the bikes but there is never a decent shot of the frame, especially around the lugs.........I think they may have had a heart shape cut out, probably on all 3 lugs, but anyone know for sure..............
