David, Norris,

I remember Joe Waugh (besides the name on frames, all the info supplied by Norris, of course. correct), primarily as a time-triallist. Actually I raced against him in the summer of 81, in a mid-week 10 mile TT, just north of Newcastle. I saw him, but that was after the race! I'll dig through my stuff cause I think i have an article on either Dave Yates or Joe Waugh.
