If you have good artwork you could also do a photo etch. Way cheaper than IC.

Probably the most economical way to get a good one-off reproduction head

badge if you have an original is by investment casting. I would check with local privately owned dental labs and jewelery makers. It wouldn't be cheap, but would cost a lot less than making stamps and dies. I have a friend here in Denver who would probably be willing to do it. Strangely enough, sterling silver would probably be about as cheap as anything. Let me know if you want me to check on this for you, but there is probably some one in your area that could do do the job and you

could avoid shipping hassles.
