For those not following the identification of the puller tool, I queried about earlier, Mike Fabian identified and sent me photos of the tool complete. Mine was missing the back portion and apparently a couple of springs. It is used for removing Regina two-prong free wheels. As another member pointed out, that's quite a tool compared to the usual pocket free wheel removers. The last three pictures show the tool as complete, courtesy of Mike.
