Subject: [CR]Aero routing of brake cables

Before we tread much further down the pathway of how non-original aero routing is , it might be time to point out that some bikes in the on topic timeline we adhere to certainly did sport aero cables. Does no one else recall how following the initial racer's acceptance of the Shimano AX brakes, Crit bikes sprung up all over sporting them? Early '70s as I recall? My recaller has suffered the slings and arrows of various violations and abuses over the years, but this is how I recall it. Pics at these links.
