I just finished taking a look at Wallingford's site, and I have to say I co ncur with Jerry. I will continue with what I hope will be value-added cont ent here, and offer my comment upon the B-17 Imperial saddle which is being brought to market shortly.

I was one of those fortunate enough to have tested the saddle this past spr ing and summer. While do not have recent experience with breaking in a new Brooks saddle, I can state that I was very pleased with the Imperial. I h ave over 750 miles on it, and have been on several 2 hour + rides on it. I found it to have greatly diminished the discomfort and eliminated the numb ness which I have usually experienced on rides of over 90 minutes duration.

Brooks would have allowed me to keep the saddle under any circumstances, an d I'm not being compensated in any form or fashion, but I have provided my testimonial to the company. Once it becomes available for sale, I will def initely be acquiring another one, so I don't find myself in the position of choosing the one bicycle that has the Imperial on it for quite so much of my riding.

I would be happy to converse with anyone about my experience with it off-li st.

Cheers,
