With the colder days with wind and rain here in the California Bay Area
I ride one of two bicycles.
1. Davidson Discovery with wide range gearing, Bruce Gordon rack, and
Brooks Saddle with cover. 28c tires
2. Alan Cycle Cross with wide range gearing and 36c tires.
No fenders yet for either.
I use late November, December, January and February to ride slower and
use a bit more power to hopefully build up a bit of muscle mass. Than in
March it is back to Spring and Summer bicycles with more emphasis on
higher Rpm and less power and more on finesse.
What do other members ride and do. I left out riding on snow has we get
none here. Or maybe a few days of snow in the higher hills.
