You can see a gap at the rear where the undersized handle bar is pushed very far forward by the stem internal wedge system. These Cinelli 1R stems are infamous for their wedge screw and slider becoming stripped out, usually due to over tightening and also because it's not a great design in the first place. Cinelli replaced this design with their XA model. In any case, just another example of why it is not a good idea to put a 26.0 bar in a 26.4 stem.....
