[CR]Nitto axle lamp holder

There was an exchange involving the Nitto website about a week ago. At the bottom of this page: http://www16.ocn.ne.jp/~nitto210/list3otherwise.html there is a neat gizmo that takes the place of the nut on the end of a quick release and provides a place to mount a [normally] handlebar-mounted headlamp except it's way down low. I don't see it on the English language Nitto pages. Anyone know if they're available in the States? Mark Stonich - R U interested in making them? (A bit more complicated would be making a similar gizmo for the lever end of a QR. Or a whole two-ended set...)
