The front will take a 57 mm reach like Campy Nuovo Record standard reach , but the rear needs a drop bolt for Campy, so needs about 67 mm. They came standard with Weinmann center pulls labeled Schwinn Approved, but they might have to be the 750 to reach. I don't think the 610 was long enough. The 999 you see was just part of the model name, not a size. Vanqueur 999. The P-13 racing frames fit 57 mm front and rear with 700c as they were made for sewups.
