Thanks Mark for that tip... I just signed up for NetFlix to see this and other films I have been jonesing to see (esp old foreign film)
But only barely related to all this, I just bought & watched a DVD called Hell On Wheels, by Pepe Danquart. This is a documentary about primarily the T-Mobile team of Eric Zabel, Rolf Altag, Andreas Kloden and Vino, in the 2003 TDF. I have been a fan of Eric Zabel and this is a moving treatment of these fellows race. Making it On-Topic here are the many historical references to earlier Tours; all and all it is a rich & enjoyable viewing...

A? cyclist friend lent me a movie yesterday.? Brigitte and Brigitte / U p and Down: The Films of Luc Moullet (1966).? It was from Netflix.? Par t two of the double feature, Up and Down, follows a crazy team of cyclists as they take on the steep slopes of the Alps.? Classified as absurdist fi lms, they are what I guess what my daughter would refer to as quite random. ??? Seems like everyday people on a wide assortment of mostly low-to- mid quality bikes in this rally over the Parpillon pass.? It will appeal to cyclists especially, and although it's filled with errors, I got a few c huckles out of it.
