Others will, I'm sure, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that the Dutch, amoungst others, still use them?
I think that they are also still used in India & China?
I come across them from time to time when I am patching tubes for the bicycle co-op here and keep them for old time's sake, I have a few at home now ...

\r?\n> Finally I have assembled my 1938 Hobbs. Lytalloy brakes
\r?\n> have been replaced with Resilion Cantilevers and the
\r?\n> Huret Derailleur replaced with a Cyclo 3 speed. I am
\r?\n> now being bugged by the Period Correct Demon, does anyone
\r?\n> know of any source of inner tubes with the ( period
\r?\n> correct ) Woods Valve. I have the correct tubes that
\r?\n> came with the bike and survived but I would like to
\r?\n> obtain a back up set. There must be some out there
\r?\n> somewhere. I will be returning to the UK in March
\r?\n> so any lead there would be appreciated.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> Thanks in anticipation
