I've had really good luck w/ the 23mm Rallys. I always use tire savers [anyone have a source?] and weigh over 100 kilos. I'll take a cheap sewup over an expensive clincher any day. I think the Rallys are quite decent. Your results may vary. Billy Ketchum; Chicago, IL; USA.
