If you have white (actually, the off-white they call natural), you could taking a stab at making it the red you want. Delrin (acetyl) takes dye quite nicely.
Not as good as finding excatly what you desire, but worth a shot if you have the material handy.
You'll probably find a red Nylon sheet easier than Delrin, too, if you can live with a good engineering Nylon variety, like 6/12.

Does anyone know of a shop on the internet that sells ~5mm thick sheets of smooth (not textured) red plastic? The plastic is needed for washers on old Mafac brakes. Most of mine have sun-dried and cracked and I'd like to replace them.
I had a die made for this purpose, but was only able to find textured
plastic sheets locally.
