Is there a recommended reading list floating around in CR waters? Whether the books are in print, available or not, in English or not, they might be somewhere out there, and having a list of book resources might spur more interest in some of them, and in this digital, scannable age, might revive some of the wisdom they might have within...

If not, then I'd be interested in some suggestions...let's start a list. (What happened to my copy of the little CONI guide to racing? And my Boy Scout Cycling Merit Badge Pamphlet?)
