I am selling a Bob Jackson road bike for a customer:
Late 1970's (serial number 13040) Bob Jackson 58cm road bike. The bike currently has a mix of original and "upgraded" components. It was professionally repainted a few years ago and does not currently have any decals. (however, these are available for $45) The bike has sat in a garage for at least 10 years ... so it needs a little TLC and a new set of tires. Everything is in working condition.

The story of the bike as written by the owner:
"The Bike was purchased by Bill Grigsby. He was a world traveling photographer for Conde Nast in New York, mostly on assignments for magazines. He retired to Florida in the late sixties, never married, never owned or drove a car, lived here on a small sailboat, and rode the bike everywhere he went. We had a sailboat too, and became good friends with him. Late in life he decided to give up the sailboat and go back to NY to live with his sister. He gave away the sailboat, and everything he owned, including the bike to me."
