Hello Tarik, Your first photo is part of American Classic water bottle clamps for mounting a there cage on the seat or down tube with out braze-ons. There should be stainless steal straps, square nuts, and counter sink screws to make up the kit. The screws used a 3mm hex wrench. This only work with American Classic water bottles, but it was the cleanest way to mount a cage on with out braze-ons. The secont photo is pedal reflector mounting hardware.
