Connects with draw bolt below fork crown, so perfect for center-pull or cantilevers. Chrome plated hollow steel tubing (NOT the silver powder/epoxy version now sold). Lamp mount and wire guide loops on left side. Arms adjust for leveling top when fitted to various fork blade bosses... or of course you can just use vinyl P-clips on fork blades.
