Perhaps Dr Jeckle and Mr Hyde- Only had one experience with Cafe de Velo and that will be the last. After purchasing two pairs of handle bar plugs, three weeks and five e-mails went by with no response and nothing sent my way. Had to file a complaint with pay pal and two weeks later I only recieved one pair of plugs. Three more weeks, three more e-mails and threats, with no response, finally recieved secound pair. Worst ebay experience I've ever had... ... When your hot your hot, when your not your not....My experience was NOT...
