I have received wheels with just the same thing.wrapped in light paper.they came through just fine.I have gotten a really well packed bike that been run over by a fork lift, Lou Deeter had a Baylis burn up on a truck. It's all a crap shoot and you try like crazy to shade the odds a bit in your favor with good Karma and heavy padding. Kinda a metaphor for life, huh?
