My '71 chrome womans Paramont p-65 is 27.2, '74 Root Beer womans p-65 is 26. 8, '78 silver mist womans p-62, 27.2, '79 Kool Green womans p-62 , 26.8. My guess is the 26.8 frames are Chrome Moly seat tubes, 27.2 are 531. the '7 9 has the CroMo schwinn decal as on early Superior, all the others are decal ed 531
